Who we are

Due Sassi is a winery in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, founded in 2019 by Elisabeth and Marcello Losasso, a lawyer and a physicist in previous careers. It represents an original interpretation of passion, tradition, innovation, and sustainability. Here, we produce fine wines and extra virgin olive oil using artisanal and sustainable methods. Choosing Due Sassi means embracing quality, authenticity, and a profound respect for nature.

Our approach
We planted our vineyards from scratch on land with excellent hillside exposure, which had been abandoned and uncultivated for decades. This made it easier for us to certify our production as organic from the outset. This choice forces us to prioritize product quality over quantity.
